Thank You Tekken 7 Project Team

Members of the Tekken community express their love and appreciation.

Tekken 7 was first announced at EVO on July 14, 2014, and launched on June 2, 2017. For the Tekken Project team and for most Tekken fans worldwide, those three years were a long grueling road. But no-one probably had to endure those last 3 years like the Tekken Project Team.

TekkenGamer asked Tekken fans to send a video saying thank you for Tekken 7 to Katsuhiro Harada (Game Director), Michael Murray (Game Designer), and the whole Tekken Project team, and the community did not disappoint. We just wanted to show them that we understand the process, the work involved, and are thankful that the care to give us a quality game that we can enjoy for many years to come.

TekkenGamer owner, Zee the CEO, didn’t get a chance to make a video, but he would like to personally thank Harada-san, Michael Murray and Mark “MarkMan” Julio.

Thank you for all you do, and thank you for believing in TekkenGamer. Your leadership and presence in the community is what keeps me going. Also, thanks to everyone at Bandai Namco US, UK, EU and abroad. Thank you Mark Religioso, Edwin Chuah, and Isshak Gravi as well. You do a lot behind the scenes that people absolutely do not see. You guys always show us love, and we appreciate it big time.

To all the Tekken fans worldwide, thank you for loving this game. It’s finally here! We’ve been¬†ready for the next battle, and now it’s time to “fight!”

Video created by Zee the CEO with very little sleep.

Aziz Peregrino-Brimah aka Zee the CEO | Founder / Editor-in-chief of TekkenGamer | Gaming has been a passion of Zee's since the early days of Atari and ColecoVision. His first experience with Tekken was in the early 90's, and it was Tekken 3 that sealed the deal. True story... As a teenager Zee once received his Winn-Dixie paycheck and spent it all at the arcade the same day. Needless to say, his mother wasn't pleased.
