Tekken 7 patch 1.12 released a couple of weeks ago, which included support for new character Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV and some other fixes. Unfortunately, this patch also caused online matchmaking issues for PlayStation 4 and PC users, and the Tekken Project team is well aware.
1/3 After Version 1.12, we have confirmed some users has caused issues for online matching. We deeply apologize for this matter. #Tekken7

For PS4 users, they’ve rebooted their servers and want players to restart their systems and try online matchmaking again. This will help them to investigate the issue further. They’re looking for feedback as well.
2/3 For【PS4】 matching, we have changed the server setting and would like players to reboot and play online matching. For our investigation, we appreciate any comment after this reboot. #Tekken7

For Steam users, the Tekken Project team is still looking into things related to matchmaking. As a workaround, players can use Task Manager to close the application and restart it. As well, they are hoping to release a patch very soon. Because this is a serious issue, you can probably expect it in the next week or so.
3/3 We are still investigation for 【Steam】matching. For the tentative solution, rebooting the application from task manager will solve this issue. We plan to release the new patch in near future. Again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. #Tekken7
