Katsuhiro Harada says rematch in lobbies planned for Tekken 7

A highly requested feature coming to Tekken 7.

The Tekken community has been requesting rematch in player lobbies ever since Tekken 7 released this past June. According to Tekken Game Director, Katsuhiro Harada, this is certainly in their plans.

The reason players want this is because right now it is currently “one and done.” People want to play their friends or set up some matches, but after each match you are returned to the character select screen, then stage select, and then the game has to load all over again. With rematch added, this tedious process is eliminated. It’s just like in ranked and online matches – choose rematch and immediately get back into the game.

So, more patches are certainly on the way. When will this one be added? Soon we hope.
