Bandai Namco delivers the Tekken 7 patch for XBox One ahead of schedule

The Tekken Team releases the XB1 patch ahead of schedule.

Bandai Namco has been working very hard since the release of Tekken 7 on June 2nd. On Wednesday they released a patch for PC, and yesterday they released patch version 1.02 for PlayStation 4. A patch for Xbox One wasn’t supposed to come out until next week, but it has just been released into the wild.

This is practically unheard of for a developer. Big ups to Bandai Namco for efforts to resolve these problems immediately. After a three year wait it is understandable that they won’t remove all quirks as soon as possible.

His first experience with Tekken was in the early 90's, and it was Tekken 3 that sealed the deal. True story... As a teenager Zee once received his Winn-Dixie paycheck and spent it all at the arcade the same day. Needless to say, his mother wasn't pleased.
